If you are not satisfied with our product at the receipt of purchase, simply contact us and we will, at our sole discretion, promptly exchange or refund it.
Refunds:
Refunds are based upon original tender and must be within 30 days of purchase. Sales receipt required.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders are not exchangeable or refundable, due to resale purposes. So, please ask us all questions before creating/ordering your custom lure(s).
Past Due Accounts:
Any account which is 30 days past due will be charge interest at the rate of 1%-2% daily. After account reaches 91 days past due, responsible action will take place.
